Returns

In stock items: Products that are in new condition with original packaging can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Custom ordered items: Because of the bespoke manufacturing process, we are not able to offer returns on any furniture pieces or 'made to order' products. 

Returns must be initiated within 1 week from product delivery.

Lighting products that have already been installed will not be accepted as returns. Please do not cut the wires or cotton cord of your fixture if you think you might want to return it.

All components should be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Please take care when repacking to ensure that your return will be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 2 weeks for us to inspect your returned order. If the return is accepted we will issue your credit card a refund minus the 15% restocking fee.
